Landmark Auction Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") has a strict refund policy for auction and
eCommerce purchases made on bidwithlandmark.com. Please review the terms below before
making a purchase.
By placing a bid or purchasing an item, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. AUCTION ITEM REFUNDS
- Auction items are only eligible for a refund if the item is significantly different from its description.
- Buyers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) to be eligible for a return or refund.
- If a refund is approved, the buyer is responsible for returning the item in the same condition it was
received.
2. ECOMMERCE RETURNS & REFUNDS
- eCommerce items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original condition
and packaging.
- If an item is damaged upon receipt, buyers must notify us within 48 hours with photographic
evidence.
- Used items are not eligible for return or refund.
3. RETURN PROCESS
- Buyers must contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Landmark Auction
Co. error.
4. REFUND METHOD
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, as store credit, or as an exchange
if available.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Auction items (unless misrepresented)
- Used or damaged items (unless damaged upon delivery)
- Items without original packaging
6. CHANGES & UPDATES
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page
with an updated effective date.
